Filing a takedown notice
If you own the copyright to material that has been reproduced on SanatanTools without your permission, send a written notice to dmca@sanatantools.com containing:
- Your name, address, telephone, and email;
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on SanatanTools;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
On receipt of a valid notice we will:
- take down or disable access to the disputed material promptly;
- notify the user who posted the content;
- keep a record of the notice for our compliance file.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was in error, send a counter-notice to dmca@sanatantools.com including your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated.
