- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or resell our Panchang, Kundli, or Muhurat computations;
- upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes another party's rights;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation;
- use the platform to generate spam, phishing, or malware.
Accounts
You are responsible for the credentials of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
The SanatanTools brand, logo, user interface, curated content, editorial articles, code, and datasets are the intellectual property of SanatanTools and its contributors, unless another licence is explicitly noted. Traditional mantras, stotras, and scriptural excerpts are public heritage and are shared for educational purposes.
You may:
- read, print, and share single articles and tool results for personal, non-commercial use;
- quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back;
- embed our free calculators on personal blogs with visible attribution.
You may not:
- republish substantial portions of our editorial content, translations, or datasets;
- use our name, logo, or brand in a way that suggests endorsement.
User-generated content
Contact-form messages, feedback, comments, and any suggestions you submit may be used by us to improve the platform. Do not submit anything confidential.
AI services
AI-assisted features use models from Lovable AI Gateway and other providers. AI output is generated statistically, may be inaccurate, and is not a substitute for a qualified astrologer, pandit, physician, lawyer, or financial adviser. See the AI Disclaimer.
Service availability
We work to keep SanatanTools available around the clock but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SanatanTools and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the platform. Panchang, Muhurat, Kundli, and other tools are provided for cultural, educational, and personal-interest use only.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.
